We find ourselves forced into a position to face the social injustice that black communities have been plagued with for decades. This episode is about my personal experience with systematic racism, and was not easy for me record. In trying to find ways to frame this discussion, I've had to dig deep into my personal history and rip the bandages off of some scars to search for specific examples to bring this issue to light. I invite you to tune in and listen to my story. I hope that it provides you with a framework on the dangers of systematic racism and how it can play out in the lives of black people and all people of colour.

Raw, poignant, eloquently landscaping the actions that cage & oppress our very existence for centuries. The urge to look within & choose carefully how we want to create a better future is vital. Systemic racism must be dismantled. I felt your pain as I relived my own memories, the scars remain. The determination to work collectively to progress forward is louder than ever. It's not an overnight fix, the journey is long & long overdue. Thank you for being open & commanding accountability.
